Gdubb - Thanks. As far as putting a niger trigger in a reef.... some yes, most no way. Best way to give it a shot is to acquire one when it is very young and keep it well fed

mindytoy - No, in fact he is one of the easiest going fish in the tank. I purchased him when he was only about 1.5 - 2 inches and now he is 7-8 inches with his streamers.

I'm jealous of ur porcupine puffer I still miss mine when I had a fish only but them he died I buried him the back yard with a tomb stone and all. After that i hated the fact that my fish were violent and i found out I only kept that kind of tank for that one fish now I do reefs but kudos to u!

This is a neat tank.
Cool dimensions. Why? what was your main motivation. |

He is about 6-7 inches and that length includes his tail which has some decent size streamers.... it took about 1.5 years to get him to that size. I believe he grew so fast because one I love to feed my fish and to see them fat and happy. Two, I tend to keep my tank on the warmer side; around 80 degrees or so. He is now in the process of converting from juvenile to adult, this is typically displayed by his teeth turning from white to a red. This physical change is typically accompanied by a change in temperment, which I have been observing over the past two months or so.
