Help me pick out MH ballast and bulbs

Im currently running XM20ks on mag ballast(250w) and im tired of the dim look. I have mostly SPS with LPS and zoas at the bottom 1/3 of the tank. Im thinking about the new icecap ballast but not sure what the best bulb for it and want to between 14k and 20k
