sana's 80 gal in-wall

Hello out there, first let me introduce myself, my name is mario and i have a problem, i'm addicted to this hobby, been at it for 10 months now, which have been a really great expierence for me.

Reading through posts i have decided to share my aquarium build, so here i go.
Let me start with the place i want to install the tank and here it is, it wasn't easy going thru 5 inches of pure concrete with rebar, took about 3 days and made a mess of dust that my wife was going crazy (im exaggerating, actually she really like's what i am doing)

after installing tank which took about a month to arrive i was very happy the way it turned out

Here is my sump, its a 30 gallon tank that i installed baffles on, this will be sump/return pump/fuge

After reading and asking fellow reefers on how to transfer everything from one tank to another i took the plunge, and here is my old 46 bow front tank, i was so affraid of taking it apart that it took about 2 days to work up the courage

I love the slate on the wall. Looks great. I was going to skin my stand with slate, but thought it would be too heavy.

Tagging along.

Why is there a 5" thick concrete wall in your house?

Beautiful. I like the openness in the middle. What kind of lighting do you have?

I also found it interesting that the inside walls of your house are made from concrete and rebar, not just the outside. That's amazing.

chihuahua, Yes, houses over here are made out of concrete, brick, cement, and rebar, it was really hard to make the hole in the wall, thanks for your comments..
