Hooking floats switches into ACIII and breakout box

I recently purchased an ACIII, and a breakout box. I went to hook up my float switches to the breakout box and realized there is no sticker on the box to indicate what the ports are for or any instructions. I can see online what the ports are labeled as but still no instructions. I'm using the dual float switches from autotopoff.com. Any help appreciated thanks.
