help sizing a return pump

I'm working on the planning for my new 220g upgrade and need some advice on a return pump.

Plans are to utilize a single pump as a return and build a manifold to feed my skimmer, 2 phosban reactors and have two additional feeds for future add-ons. Tank will have 2 1" diameter drains. That being said, the pump will need to be between 2500-3000 gph without taking into account head loss.

The only thing coming to my mind is a Reeflo Dart. Are there any downsides to using this pump or are there better options? It needs to be quiet as it will be in a public area of the house, not stuffed in a basement or garage.

Thanks

I hope your sump is going to be at least as big as the display tank or larger or you will have microbubbles from hell. The velocity through a small sump will be tremendous and there will not be any time to quiesce or off gas bubbles.
