Get them in a large barrel or container, proper salinity and temp, get some water movement.
Wait. |

Probably isn't much life left, but better to be on the safe side. My advice in a nutshell (FWIW):
1 Gently scrub rock in clean seawater 2 Drain and clean dirty water from bucket 3 Put rock in bucket with clean water and aerate or provide flow 4 Change water and clean bucket as necessary 5 Test for nutrient levels after a few weeks and continue curing as necessary until nutrient levels are under control.

It could take 1-4 weeks, depends on the amount of dead stuff. Scrub it really good then follow Bonneville08's instructions. You'll need to keep your parameters in check. If Amonnia gets over 1, do a water change to get it down.

Boil it in hot water then put it in a container with correct salinity, powerheads and a few pieces of live rock to seed the rest of the rock. wait a few weeks and should be good to go for a tank. Also a heater to get the water to the correct temp. HTH
