How loud should a Panworld 200 PS pump be?
I bought one and hooked it up to my skimmer last night, it was used but like brand new. The skimmer was running like I've never seen before, producing gobs of thick foam like I was hoping. But the pump is really loud, almost like a pool pump. I have a reeflo snapper running as well and you can barely hear that pump. I am wondering if these pressure pumps are suppose to be this loud. Should I take it apart and grease it or something? Looking for suggestions quick, my wife is going to make me sell it because it is so loud.

I ran 2 Pan World 150PS pumps on my dual beckett. They were quite loud.

My pan worlds are dead silent. They run hot, but are silent.

I have a panworld 250 collecting dust. VERY LOUD. That's why it's collecting dust. I swapped it out for a 50xx (I think) and it's still louder than I would like. I won't be ordering a panworld again.
