New set up Q's

Hi,
Have a 45 gallon(uk) tank I want to set up as Fish only (with a few hardy inverts), could I run it with A red sea prizm skimmer, live rock and powerheads(for water movement) or would you suggest any other essential equipment.

you will probably also need a particulate filter, which you will need to change out weekly, unless your ratio of fish to live rock is good and unless you don't have fish that eat anything living that exits your rocks...worms, crustaceans, etc.

Ammonia 0. No filters: lps tank. Alk and cal won't rise if mg is low. Current Tank Info: 105g AquaVim wedge, yellow tang, sailfin blenny,royal gramma, ocellaris clown pair, yellow watchman, 100 microceriths, 25 tiny hermits, a 4" conch, 1" nassarius, recovering from 2 year hiatus with daily water change of 10%.
