brown snot algae

i been having a problem with a long stringy brown snot algae it has little air bubbles in it i blow it off the rock and within hours its back anyone else had this kind of algae and if so how do you get rid of it

cyano algae

You can get some of this stuff called Chemi-clean, it tells you some info on melevs site.
about midway I think.
