seeding 40 gallon with copepods/red formia help
Just wondering how to or if anything special to seeding a tank with copepods.
Also recently got a red formia star and have noticed that one of the tips of its arms have sort of rotted/broken off. It moves freely still and seems to be doing ok but no experiance with starfish. Thanks for the help, and yes Im a newb but you have to start somewhere. 40 Gallon 45 lbs live rock 40 lbs live sand 1 small green star polyp frag assorted mushrooms 1 green bubble tip 1 flame scallop 1 red formia marble starfish 1 McCoskers Flasher Wrasse, 1 GreenBand Goby, 1 Ocellaris Clown, 1 Firefish |

Some LFS will sell pods, sometimes not. You could always post on a local forum and get some from a local reefer.

you can also buy pods online at any number of vendors.
