Is concrete okay for aquariums?

Can i concrete a bunch of live rock together for my aqauriam?

concrete has a very high ph so if you do plan on doing so most people say to cure it in water until the ph lowers

so i have herd but not tried

Not in any way I can imagine- people use concrete for home-made rock formation but they seal it and it's not used for gluing, per say. If you're using dry rock you could form pillars by drilling and using concrete to make it appear contiguous but you'd still need to seal it up.
