Octopus skimmers...

Alright, so Im having a problem with my Octopus 250 pro skimmer. The propeller shaft broke, and its not working. I cant find their website for the life of me. Im curious if anyone has their warranty email address or phone number.

Thanks in advance.
Joe.

A little discouraging how well the extremes are performning, and my pro isnt exactly a world beater. The nipple broke off the volute right out of the box, and the nipple broke off of the air silencer when putting the air hose on initially. Now the shaft on my propeller broke.

For $550, youd expect a much higher quality build than I recieved. Im incredibly dissapointed with the skimmer. I overlooked the first couple flaws, since I had weldon handy, and I didnt want to wait to send it back and recieve a new one. But with the latest mishap, its getting ridiculous.

If a refund was offered (haha, yeah right) Id take it in a heartbeat.
