silicone turned yellowish/green

I just installed a new sump in my tank and put some baffles using GE silicone I with no meldew stuff. It took two weeks for the silicone to become yellowish/green.
Does anyone have any idea why?

I'm guessing you already checked and made sure it's not just algae?
