I like the aquascape all you need now is some branching rock and it would look really good.

I thought that SPS could be kept under T5's?

How's your 150HQI?

Hey Kzoo,

I have the same tank dimensions. I currently have 4 T5HOs but am thinking of MH. Do you like your 150 HQIs? Do you think a 250Watt HQIs would have been better? What bulbs are you using? I know it's too many questions but you're the first one I've seen with the same tank dimensions as mine with a 150 Watt MHs. Others use 250 Watts because of the depth. Last question, where did you buy your lights?

Thanks in advance for your reply!

J

Yes the 65s are deep and I dont think the t5s cut thought to the bottom. I have 2 ushio 20ks and 2 39watt t5s now and every thing looks good and growing well, I thought of useing the 250w but was worried about heat and dont want to run a chiller. As for buying lights I kind of made my own with a good reflector and a electronic ballast works well so far.

Looks like you had some nice growth. Great job! Will there be a build thread for the 90?
