Where do your fish sleep?

My flametail blennie spends most of his day in a hole in my live rock, and he sleeps there. I picked up a humbug damsel and a pink skunk clown today and I must say it's wierd to see how they sleep. The humbug sleeps between the live rock and the back wall. Him and the clown both seem to sleep in a normal swimming position. The clown is sleeping on top of my mag-float, which is right in front of my upper intake. As soon as he feels himself getting to the edge, he swims foward a bit. It's quite comical and it got me thinking. Where do your fish sleep?

Funny enough I just took a picture of one of mine sleeping. It is a golden sailfin blenny. Normally it is a bright yellow.

On the mounting bracket of my SIEO.

I have a clown that sleeps on his side under a mushroom that is on the sand. He spends most of his time there. When he first started doing it I thought he was going to die but has been doing it for about 2 months now.

+1

My Blenny has a hole that he stole from my Wrasse. Then he customized it to suit his needs. The Wrasse made a new hole. Clowns sleep in the Frogspawn. The rest of the fish have a little nook & cranny in the rocks that they have claimed as their own.

My clowns sleep in between my hammer coral and the glass and my midas blenny sleeps in the most perfect piece of my LR.

You can see his little head poking out of the tallest piece of rock on the right side of the tank.

Gramma loreto upside down in his/her chosen "cave" - fortunately, easily seen from front glass.

My tomato clown sleeps in the front right corner and yes as soon as he is moved out of the spot he /she readjusts back. The moon lights are on and thats the only one I can find out of 6 in my 45. Great question

My fish will usually jam themselves between the rockwork, or just hover up and down in this one particular spot in the tank

+1 My clows sleep in the upper left corner above one of the powerheads. At first I thought they were dying becuase they are often on their sides at the surface of the water.

The rest of my fish don't seem to have a consistent spot that I have noticed; but I have moved the LR around a bit in the last few weeks....

My two black clowns sleep with the anemone, and they really sleep there using the nem's tentacles as blanket, they wouldn't move a fin while sleeping.
