Massive tank in Oregon?

I left the hobby a few years ago to concentrate on school and am now getting back into the swing of things. I remember a huge tank that a guy had in his house that he had to go snorkeling in to move stuff around. If I remember correctly, it was in Oregon or somewhere in the northwest. Can anyone point me in the right direction for a link? I want to check this tank out again and get some ideas for mine.
