what form of nitrate we have in our tank ? is it free or it is nitrate of someting ?
i am trying to find a titration method for more accurancy, any one have a clou |

I think its ppm No3- nitrogen(nitrate). You should go talk to Randy in the reef chemistry forum. He will fix you up.

Well, in seawater nitrate will not be strongly bound by anything, if that is the question.
