where to get LR?
where is the best with least stuff on it such as nitrate and phosphate, i got some LR at a LFS loaded with NO and Po4 so im kinda keeping an eye out

from a local reefer, who keeps his/her tank prime. you won't need much if you are just using it to seed some dry rock.
