best actinics

I'm looking at setting up a new tank. dimensions would be 60x36x27. the new tank by I think marineland. anyways. the tank will be lit by 2 14" solo tubes. aka the light will be extremely white/yellow. I've seen a couple threads on here with people using these.

Anyway. I've been debating the actinic part.

4 actinic vho's
4 actinic t5's
or Current powerbrites.

basically I look at cost...and for the set of vho's or t5's I could get approx. 6 of the powerbrites.

I've seen a tank with 12 powerbrites on it and it looked SOOOO NICE. (world wide corals display) but I've never seen the tank with the MH's and powerbrites.

Any opinions would be greatly appreciated.
