How often do you do water changes? And how much!
My set up is going to be a 75g FOWLR |

Personally I do 5 gallons each week on each of my tanks. I use 5 gallons because I have a bunch of 5 gallon buckets left over from the salt mixes.

I change 10% a week, some peole change 30% a month. I find it easierto do a small change each week. It really depends on your schedule and willingness. As long as you total at least 25%-30% a month you will be ok.

most say either 25% a month or 10% a week. weekly keeps things more stable and is preferable. But for FOWLR you could likely get a way with monthly changes depending on your bio load and skimming/filtration set up

I was doing 10% every other week but the nitrates were rising so I've stepped up to 20% weekly until I get the nitrates back Inline, then I would like to gradually drop back to the every other week routine. We will have to wait and see how it goes.

I go with 10% a week but up it to 20-25% if there is any problem.

I do around 30% on my water changes but my fish and corals love it and they grow fast. I spend a little more $ on salt but they are my babys.

I definitely don't think you can over-do water changes, but I tend to do about 10-15% every week or two.
