Eheim 1262
I purchased an eheim return pump two months ago and it stopped working today. Drs F&S say they will replace it up to 60 days and that it has a 2 year warranty. I am 18 days over the 60. When I asked them how to contact eheim they said it is a German company and they don't have any info. Anyone know how to utilize the 2 year warranty?

it might be a bit of a stretch but there's this website called "google" that allows you to search for information on almost anything in the world, including Germany. If you "google" ehiem USA you get their direct website with a link to their North American website.
http://www.eheim.com/ Try going to "contact us" and see if you can email or call their North American headquarters. Hope that helps, FB
