Protein Skimmer water color
Hi guys,
As of last night I started using the skimmer that comes with the nano cube..not the best skimmer however, I noticed this morning the cup is collecting a reddish pinkish water....is this normal??......I have been reading and apparently the color of the water in the cup should be like a ginger ale or weak tea color.... Thanks for your inputs |

It's gonna vary from tank to tank. Generally, darker output means it's more concentrated. If you can see through it with total ease, you might want to raise the cup (and/or lower the water level) to run it a bit drier.
