Is it safe to useing latex free powder free nitrile gloves. to put my hands in my tank

The claim on the website is they're much stronger than ordinary nitrile latex, but I'd be curious about how well they'd hold up against the sharp edges of live rock or coral frags, etc.

And those sharks that most people keep.
I think they are fine for light duty work. You might need something more durable if you are arranging rock or doing heavy duty cleaning.
