overflow nub..
hello, so i finally have all of my items to start a sump. I was just wondering how do i actually start the overflow? Do i add pre made saltwater water into the sump first? or do something else..

Yup. Gotta add salt water of the same parameters of your tank water. Assuming that you already have inhabitants in your tank. Is it set up and running?

yea for about a year and a half, so i make saltwater the way like a water change ?

Yes. Match it to the water in your tank. Same temp, pH, Specific gravity. Best to aerate it for 24 hours as well, like a water change. Then fill your sump remembering to leave it low enough to contain all the water when your pumps are off. Mark the level the water is at when your system is running and when it goes below this level due to evaporation, top it off with pure freshwater.
