Led/moonlights, need driver

Hello, I have a T5 unit with 10- 1W led moonlights. All wiring is intact, so I believe the ballast or transformer went out? It is dimable(on/off switch). What might I need to drive these types of lights again. Any links to a ballast/transformer(not sure what its called) that might get them going again? The ballast is just a "board" thats wired to the dimmer switch, then to the lights(seperate from T5's). Thanks for any help.
