werid what appears to be a worm? need id

OKay while looking in my rock work I noticed a worm that appears to be about 3in and the size of a pencil, he is round on the top and flat on the bottom, its almond color and appears to have 4 dark what appear to be eyes on the top of it head in a line.

Does anyone have any idea what it is?

Cant help without a pick my man. Sounds like a bristle worm though. Touch it. If you have fiber glass looking stuff on your fingers than its bristle worm.

Thats probably not the best advice though.

I'm going to go way out on a limb here and guess it's a Cryptoplax chiton.

I don't think Mike is that far out on the limb. I'm going to second his guess at Cryptoplax.

Cheers,

Don
