Phosphate Photometer
I have no experience with phosphate photometers, so I figured I would ask here. How accurate are they. I have used API tests for phosphate which have done nothing, so I figured that possibly these would work better. I have seen a Hanna Instruments meter in Dr. F & S that is currently on sale. I also found a unit by Milwaukee when I googled. Anybody have any experiences with these? They are kind of expensive and I guess I am wondering if they are accurate and worth it.

And I assume that the low range meter is the one to use for aquarium purposes, correct?

Yes you want the low range meter. They are very accurate. I use the hanna meter. Well worth it esp. if you keep SPS.

Good to hear. They are on sale for a good price and I'm considering getting one.
