I forgot what can I expect?

It has been a long time since I cycled a new tank so I need some help!
I am going to put water in my new 90g soon. I will be buying 75lbs or so of new live rock from the LFS. I am using play sand and plan to seed that with sand from my existing 55g. I also have some LR that I am going to move over. I am not ready to destroy my old tank yet, but can move some rock.
Should I add my good LR to the tank when I install the LFS stuff?
When should I add my LR to the sump?
Should I wait on some cycle to add my good rock?
I plan to seed the tank with sand from my 55g when should I do that?
I have lots of Chaeto Algae in my sump now when should I start to add that to the new system? I guess it would be easy just to throw it all in together, but I don't think that is best?

I'd suggest wating to add your rock from the 55 until the cycle is pretty much done in the 90. Seeding with some sand from the 55 is fine, and leave the chaeto out - put it in when you add the rock from the 55.

That is about what I was thinking too. I don't want to kill off my good LR. I was just think if any of it or anything else would help the cycle or just let it run it course. I have plenty of time I just hate the look of a new tank going thorugh all the brown/green/red before it settles down.
