where is a good place....
to buy a bare light fixture? I dont want to spend a lot of money on a whole new fixture, seeing as i already have plenty of ballasts and lights. Just looking for a 60in fixture i can put 2, possibly 3, 250 watt halides(2 mogul and 1 hqi) and 2 60in VHOs.
any recommendations? |

You want a housing? I'm not sure of anyone who sells a fixture with no internals.

http://www.hellolights.com/index.asp...S&Category=703 you could buy a few reflectors and use all of your existing equipment, and you can either put them inside a canopy if you have one, or easily make a wood platform for them to hang off, which would save you a lot of money compared to buying a full size fixture

You could find a local metal fab shop and have one made. Probably wouldn't cost terribly much.
