Shrimp Cleaning A Starfish

Hi Everyone!!!!!!!!!!!

I walked in from work and I saw my sand sifting star standing up and being cleaned by my peppermint shrimp. Here is a good pic.

Cool pic but that sand sifting starfish won't last long in your tank. They basically will eat everything that's living in the sand and will then slowly starve to death. I still don't understand why they're sold in the hobby - they belong in the ocean.

Um, he's probably not cleaning it but picking at it. I have a small army of peppermints and they eventually killed my sand sifter. Every time he would come out of the sand for food, they would go after him. The star was probably standing up to try to get him off.
