try a blackout period with your lights. i believe that if you cover the tank and leave lights out for 3 days you will find that the algae will die out and should return if you are doing everything as stated. good luck and patience is the key to success.

I have 2 korilia 4's in my tank. Im pretty sure the flow is not the issue.
I guess im down to a water change then lights out for a bit.
