How to test a ballast
hey guys i bought the odyssea metal halide kit. one light seems to be ok, but the other has a yellowish glow to it. I have a volt meter, i was wondering if there was anyway i could test my ballast to see if there outputting the right power. If so how would go about doing this. thanks
