Replacing flooring in house, tank needs to be out of the way!

Hey all-
I have a predicament that I am hoping someone can assist me with.
I have 2 saltwater tanks, 34g RSM and a 14g bioCube.
I live in a 2 lvl Townhouse.
I keep both tanks in the living room and they are on the carpet that I am going to be replacing soon.
I am redoing up and down stairs at the same time.
The 34g is stocked with 2 clowns, tailspot, and is also hosting my 2 picasso clowns that are to return to the 14g as soon as it is ready, I had to take it down because of a flatworm issue.
I also have numerous corals and about 40 lbs of LR in the RSM and about 30 lbs of LS.
I am thinking that the carpet will be replaced in one day.
Any easy ways you guys can think of would be great!

if you don't have any plumbing stuff exterior, they make those moving men sliders that can move stuff.. or you could try a two-wheeled dolly on each side.
I moved my 55 gallon 8 feet across the room with the moving men. they cost me $9.99, but i destroyed them with the wrought iron stand. Took me about 40 minutes, start to finish.
I also have a setup meant to move church organs, that is two dollies, strapped around the organ, with a steel bar, that when stepped on, drops two swivel casters on each side, and you just roll it like its on a 4-wheeled cart.

i would just invest in a couple rubbermaid containers. Move it all into them for the day. No way would i try to move a tank of any size that still had water in it.

that is not that bad of an idea, I think I may get like one or 2 large ones, siphone the water into them, leaving roughly about 1 in above the substrate.
I will then add all the LR and corals and then if they are large enough I can add a phead if needed and I will also need to add a heater as i live in MN!

I have used the sliders before as well, just drain most of the water first. The tanks are small, the rubbermaid tub option works great too.

I just did the same thing with my 125 about a week ago because we had our living room carpeted. Took every thing out except the 4" sand bed. Slid stand and tank on three 10' pieces of 1 1/2 pvc pipe into another room. it's amazing how much weight you can slide or roll on pvc pipes. I've moved huge sheds, decks, fish tanks on pvc with minimal effort. Works great

I want them to just edge it up to the stand, i figure i'll just throw some trim on it and call it good!

You know those huge plate-sized glides you can get at Lowe's? get enough for your tank, up to 6, and tip the tank and stand ever so slightly: get a friend to oooch a glide under a corner and then get it under the other, etc, and then you can pull your tanks into another room. I've done this over very short distances for a 54g corner tank. You have to apply a steady, even pull, with a great deal of patience, but 2 people can do it for a 30, i'm pretty sure, unless you have to go over sills.
