 And this is right now:  Is it dying or just during an "adjustment phase"? |

Anemones are basically 99% water filled bags, every now and again they displace their water to expel wastes. Its probably nothing. Keep an eye on it and if it doesn't re-inflate in the next day or so you may have an issue.

What kind is it? Mine does it every few days and I have had it for months and is is doing gine.

Well, just got back to the house.....he is looking better than earlier....not great though. He may be trying to make his way down to the substrate as well. So maybe when that happens he will start to look better.
Not sure why I apparently think its a boy though.... |

My RBTA when he is in a bad mood 5 minutes later.. My anenome does it all the time.. hell one of y other anemones hides in the rocks for a week, come out for some sun, then goes back in lol |
