Furan-2 and corals and reef inverts

Hey all I have a wrasse that has some fungus on his pectorial fins and I cannot catch him for the life of me. I was wondering if there is a way that I can dose my reef with furan-2 a fungus med. that I have used many times on zoanthids and freshwater fish. Any help would be awsome.
