mysis or brine shrimp?
some people said brine is good. but some people said brine is just junk and waste of money since you can't tell wheter it is baby brine or adult. really confused, which one should I feed my marine fish? is mysis good enough?

Baby brine shrimp are much smaller than the adults. If you can see them from a couple feet away, they are adults. Regardless, Mysis is a much better staple food.

Never heard much of brine shrimp being recommended for marine food, mysis shrimp on the other hand always. However I did try feeding brine shrimp to my fish and they wouldn't eat them. I have continued to feed mysis since and my fish (except the naso when starving) love them. I have a "cactus coral" that eats mysis as well.

if you're going to feed brine, try to feed the baby brine. You could also put adult or baby brine shrimp in phytoplankton to "gut load" them. This will give them some nutritional value.
