yeah... that was my first thought but... what's with the black & gray tenticles thingies surrounding it...
could it be some sort of flatworm with Barnacles glowing it on top?

it was posted by a reefer in korea... I asked him whether it is moving or not... hasn't relied back yet...
it does seem stationary... and looks like it's growing/propagating itself with barnacles-like shells growing in the center... never seen anything like this...

hey... base does look alike... little difficult to tell since this pix looks like its taken out of water... and w/o the shell-like stuff in the center~
