Pinpoint PH probe question

I got a pinpoint PH probe with my digital aquatics reek keeper elite. The probe has a small plastic vial on it with some fluid. When I removed this and emptied out the fluid a small glass bulb fell out of the vial. Is that supposed to happen? or is that bulb supposed to be attached to the Probe in some way? I am trying to calibrate it with the included fluids but its acting weird.

I have the same probe. That glass bulb should be attached to the end of the probe. Call Pinpoint for further advice.

I would contact whoever you bought the RKE from and let them know.
