where would i find a polyfilter?.. and how could i tell if silicone is the problem?

I think that maybe you might have to let your tank cycle again. What does every one else think about letting the new tank cycle again?

well. im thinking about moving the tank into the family room so it get more attention anyway.. what should i do with the livestock i have?

you can get a polyfilter at most fish stores. You can also get one from Marine Depot. There phone # is 714-385-0080. Just make sure that you take the poly filter out of your sump in the reccomended time. Marine Depot also gives really great advice. I call them all the time when I have a tough question.
The livestock that you have, is it just corals? But definatly start with those water changes. I am not a fish expert so please call and get more advice. I wish you the best of luck with your tank and you fishies. Keep us posted. ~Heather |

hey,
i talked to a reef store guy today.. i brought some of my water for him to take a look at. he said the parameters are good.. he is pretty sure it is a parasite or a bacterial infection, probably introduced from a new fish. also bought some poly filter and threw it in the canister filter. you guys have been awesome in helping me. please if you still have any ideas of how to better my tank let me know. thank you sooo much Dan |
