Which bulb is it? What model or description code is printed on the bulb and/or packaging.

The Aqualite lamps used to be labeled/listed as Euroflood years ago. All Ushio lamps with AQ in the model/description code is an Aqualite lamp. The UHI-150AQ/10 is an Ushio Aqualite 10,000K lamp.
