jbj 24 nanocube lighting
I just got a new,to me, jbj nanocube complete setup w/ fish and rock. The on/off switch on the top of the tank does not operate the power compacts but the 2 led moon lights. That seemed odd to me because the only other way to turn anything off is the ballest, and that turns everything, even the moonlight, off. Thinking that there was a short or something in the wiring i took the ballest apart only to find spliced wiring only conected with electrical tape. I was not happy. Some of the wires were exposed so i figured this was my problem and when fixed everything would work right. WRONG. Now my brand new lights flicker and the switch is still very useless. Does anyone know how to properly wire the ballest so everything works? I can wire it myself but i have no clue which go to which as they are not same color to color. I have googled this, yahoo answerd this, and writen to the company any help would be appreciated.
