I may look into doing this again. I want to just use the hook mounted socks, do the ones they sell at the filterbags.com have hooks on any of them? I could DIY some but I would need to buy a sewing machine first (i should anyways, needed one a few times)

Thanks SunsetSPS for the link to my post at TR. I have to say they are working out great and pull out lots of gunk. I did get the main idea from RandyStacye. I am on the lookout for a cheap used sewing machine so its easier to make and can whip out 20 or so in a few hours.
