Berghia good or bad?

I have a minor aptasia outbreak in my 55gl reef tank. All the aptasia are small so I isolated the one rock they were on. I've heard this was pretty common , aptasia, so I was wondering if any body had any ideas or information on Berghia? They sound to good to be true.

they kind of are.ive read that they will in fact rid the Aptaisia but in the ind will end up starving to death.from what i read its almost guarenteed theyll starve after or even before all the aptaisia are dead and gone.the nudibranch moves very slow so while its taking days to get to the edges of the tank the anenomes are growing back to size and or popping out of the rockwell.

just from what ive read.trust me these things would be big in the hobby.......and theyre really not.
