Lighting and skimmer for 125

I would like some recommendations on lighting and skimming my future 125. I will be upgrading from a 65. Basically, I would like to know what you guys suggest for lighting and skimming. I plan to have a 33 L sump/fuge. As far as the lighting, I would like to stay away from halides. T-5's maybe? I would like to keep montipora cap. (I heard you could under T-5's) Also, maybe some links to the site for the fixture and skimmer you suggest would be great.

Thanks,

Mike

I would go with the ATI powermodule and ATB econo 840 skimmer.
