how to clean a pump covered in algae and dinos?

I got a powerhead covered by algae and dinos, scrapping it is not working, what would be a good way to get rid of all the algae and dinos on it, most of my rocks are clean now, but the pump is covered in algae, or just let it dry for a few days will do the job?

I remember when zoanthids were called things like "green" and "orange" and not "reverse gorilla nipple."

Current Tank Info: 180g reef with all the bells and whistles
