dosing with vodka
whats the benefit to this. If it would be benifcial to my tank, how would I properly mix this for my 40 gallon.I saw where others are also adding vinegar and sugar.Does this help corals? If so how do I properly mix it.

Hey Tide, this is one of those advanced topics. Not to be messed with without proper research as you can crash your tank if you do it wrong. Here's a link to an artical on it that explains the how's and why's.

If you do not do it properly. Like have a good skimmer, you can kill your whole tank. It is good for lowering Nitrates
