Can someone please give me advice on a good reeffish diet for growth and health!

Dunno about reeffish, but tuna and salmon grew me to 6'4

homemade food made with fresh seafood and seaweed works well for me. one bag of seafood medly costs about 10 bucks and lasts about a year
