Sucking Noise
The water is making a sucking noise as it flows through my bulkhead and down my overflow pipe to the sump. What can I do to limit this? Also my pump is making a vibrating noise in my sump what can I put under it to stop this?

You can either buy it here http://www.dursostandpipes.com/?page_id=2 or go to the DIY section of that website and well... do it yourself.

I use Stockman standpipes, they have worked well for me. Either one should alleviate your problem.
