ballast differences

Can anyone tell me the difference between ther SLS bluewave and the gallaxy.Is the gallaxy hqi.Im shopping for new bulb ballast combo and cant find the bluewave on but just one sight and they want a lot for the radiums.any suggestions on where to buy.I know I been buggin all day,but I want to spend some cash.

The Galaxy ballasts will run either Mogul or HQI bulbs. The Bluewave will only run one or the other. Ushio bulbs are a less expensive option to the Radiums, and there are other options out there as well.
