High end Skimmer High end Powerheads

Please tell me what is more important to upgrade first. I have a 180-gallon tank and 40-gallon sump, mixed reef with mostly sps.
Should I upgrade my skimmer first or my poweheads first? Both of these came from my 75-gallon which I just upgraded from.
I currently have:
Skimmer- Octopus NW150
Powerheads- Modded Maxi Jet x2

For bio load I plan on adding many more fish, right now I only have two 4" tangs and two 2" clowns.

Skimmer all the way maxi mods ain't purdy but they work great, can't say the same for the otp pump on your skimmer.

if you only have 2 modded maxi-jets I would get 1 controllable Tunze or Vortech first. Then concentrate on the skimmer. Then another controllable PH. Maybe buy some livestock before the second controllable PH.

As far as the two MaxiJet Mods do you guys think I should be running the 1600-gph or 2100-gph impellar? It will definitely be tunzes or vortech when I upgrade. I didn't think about doing it slowly one powerhead at a time, thats a good idea.
As far as the skimmer goes, I am thinking the Octopus Extreme 250 and that one has the better pumps than the otp I believe.
I guess I should have mentioned, my NW150 is mesh modded, but I know I should still upgrade it.
